A few years ago, I would call myself a color photographer only. I did not realize at the time that I was limiting myself. Moving to the Sierra and in my study of the light; I discovered a world of subtle and dramatic tones. I learned that some images are best viewed in black and white with its simplistic interpretations of reality.
